"Create an environment where the desired outcome is inevitable."
M.J. Ward,
Logistics Analyst.

That is the old-fashioned way of saying it. We may have to return to that, since no-one under 50 seems to know why and where an apostrophe should be used.
I do, because I have the double advantage of a Scottish education and an Irish ancestry - it is well known that Celts wield the English language far more featly than the sassenach ever could.

I have lots of old-fashioned skills, like spelling, mental arithmetic, general knowledge, and grammar and usage skills, which were pounded into me and my schoolmates in primary and now seem to be first-year uni subjects. I know how to do research and cite references. I can also read silently without moving my lips, and even do joined-up and cursive writing !

When I worked as a management professional, my specialty was Production Control, for which today's trendy name is Supply Chain Logistics. If your factory is not behaving as you might like, I can often pinpoint the problem or problems, and advise on solutions. You should be aware that the problem might be yourself - if you think that "The floggings will continue until morale improves" is a fine mission statement, then my advice (free, and right now) is to get right out of management and stop presenting yourself as a management professional when you are only a boss.

I am based in Queensland, Australia which is ten hours ahead of GMT. That means I can often research your problem and suggest a solution overnight while you are lying awake worrying about it.
